As the social worker for a young person who resides at BS I have found it to be a warm and nurturing environment. The small, homely setting enables staff to build strong, trusting relationships with young people and provide consistent, individualized support. The team are skilled, caring and committed to promoting the young person’s wellbeing, independence and sense of belonging.
