From Care to Career: Tiffany Cummins' Journey with Skills Development Scotland

After moving to Scotland for care, teenager Tiffany Cummins transformed her life with guidance from Skills Development Scotland (SDS). With support from her key worker Nicola Mann (Horizons Residential Care Ltd.) and SDS careers advisor Mark Harrison, Tiffany pursued her interests in social care, gaining experience through volunteering and eventually enrolling in college. Now studying for a career in social services, Tiffany credits SDS for helping her find confidence, community, and direction.
